| Headed back to Clemson on Saturday finally. Probably be back sometime in the Fall before Winter Break. But for now I'll actually post a song for once (listen to this guy if you haven't yet, he's pretty good).
Chicago - Sufjan Stevens
I fell in love again
all things go, all things go
drove to Chicago
all things know, all things know
we sold our clothes to the state
I don't mind, I don't mind
I made a lot of mistakes
in my mind, in my mind
you came to take us
all things go, all things go
to recreate us
all things grow, all things grow
we had our mindset
all things know, all things know
you had to find it
all things go, all things go
I drove to New York
in a van, with my friend
we slept in parking lots
I don't mind, I don't mind
I was in love with the place
in my mind, in my mind
I made a lot of mistakes
in my mind, in my mind
you came to take us
all things go, all things go
to recreate us
all things grow, all things grow
we had our mindset
all things know, all things know
you had to find it
all things go, all things go
if I was crying
in the van, with my friend
it was for freedom
from myself and from the land
I made a lot of mistakes
I made a lot of mistakes
I made a lot of mistakes
I made a lot of mistakes
you came to take us
all things go, all things go
to recreate us
all things grow, all things grow
we had our mindset
all things know, all things know
you had to find it
all things go, all things go
you came to take us
all things go, all things go
to recreate us
all things grow, all things grow
we had our mindset
(I made a lot of mistakes)
all things know, all things know
(I made a lot of mistakes)
you had to find it
(I made a lot of mistakes)
all things go, all things go
(I made a lot of mistakes)

| Alright, so, I've already watched 4 season finales (5 if you count Grey's Anatomy which I was forced to by the way, but it also unfortunately fits into this argument quite well) and all I have to say is, "why?"
Why did every show decide to put massive cliffhangers at the end of every season all of a sudden?
CSI suddenly put one at the end of this season...the last two season finales have been good and tense, but at least they resolved (Nick in the coffin being found, Brass making it through surgery). But now we just leave someone trapped under a car...in the rain...in the desert. Great job.
Next we have Heroes, granted I've only seen 2 episodes all season (the finale being the latter of those two) and even from that tiny amount of watching, I determined that Sylar was a complete badass. And as he's choking two people (one with his mind I think I remember) and doing who the hell else knows with his mind, this time traveling guy just appears behind him and stabs him. Nice death, OH WAIT he's suddenly gone. Especially after they had said that each season was to be completely separate from one another, the main bad guy has disappeared. Right
Scrubs, one of my new favorite shows just happened to end with, guess what, another cliff hanger. J.D. and Elliot are on a bed as J.D. says "Maybe we're perfect for each other..." blah blah blah, they're about to maybe kiss and...of course, credits. Granted I don't really like drama in shows, but when it's an incredibly amusing show where the drama is hilarious 99% of the time, I'll let myself slide this once.
Lost.....wasn't so bad at least. It was a good season finale and (for once) they mostly tied up the loose ends. And a guy got destroyed by a fat guy driving a van, which was awesome. They still haven't tied up the Desmond/Parachute Girl/Freighter thing that's possibly creating even more bad people (as if they needed more). AND...suddenly there's a glimpse of the future?? with a dead person whose funeral no one but Jack goes to...and he thinks Kate should've gone. Now who could that be? Well, I have a few ideas but nothing conclusive because once again, it's a cliffhanger.
Grey's Anatomy, which I was forced to watch by my fiancee (I might not have had anything better to do, but, that's beside the point), had another cliffhanger ending for a season finale. Emphasizing the word finale, meaning finish. As in, everything should be finished, but no, it was riddled with more and more drama and maybe one small scene of actual medical stuff. There was more airtime of a bride with her eyebrows shaved off whining before she was gonna get married (maybe a good 25-30 minutes) than actual scientific stuff (maybe 25-30 seconds). This is why I cannot like this show nearly as much as....
House, whose season finale is next Tuesday, definitely is one of my favorite shows and I hope to God that it is the one finale that has no loose ends. No drama (okay, maybe a little), just a comedically cynical doctor who is incredibly brilliant (have you heard Hugh Laurie's actual accent? it's amazing how well he pulls an American one off). So yeah, I really hope this one turns out well.
Finally, we can thank God (not America, because God just corrected the idiots who let Blake stay on American Idol for the final 2 and only by some miracle did people realize that whatever the hell he does (I'm definitely not going to say singing)). For letting that other chick win. Not the one that should've won (the one who got voted off in the top 3 should've). But still that's a sign of at least a small hope that some finales will be good this year...considering there's like, one left. And maybe that Traveler show on ABC will be good. I hope so.
Beatboxing....that's what it's called. That noise that Blake did that people interpreted as music

| Greatest Story Ever - (Referring to 300) (This obviously isn't me, my friend showed this to me, so I don't know how I'm a douche)
"I haven't seen it yet because I was banned from my cineplex. We had
all lined up in front of the theater for about 30 minutes, and then
they brought us in. I had to stand right beside these two fat,
horse-faced lesbians eating each others tongues like they were making a
political statement or something.
So, like 30 minutes later,
we end up shuffling in the theater and these farking bitches start
bitching about having to wait when the movie is about to start, mind
you, it was 11 and it was a midnight showing. It turns out they were
going to see that stupid Jim Carrey movie 23 and they were missing it.
So, the ugliest of the two bitches just exclaims like no one's there
"This is the wrong farking movie!"
I just had to do what I did next.
I
shouted at the top of my lungs "This is SPARTA" and kicked her in the
chest, causing her to fall down about 8 steps to the floor. Most were
shocked, but about 80% of the theater started to cheer, and I was
forcibly thrown out by 2 officers. Charges are going to be pressed
against me apparently, but it was worth it."

| Back in Clemson for like 1 day. Off to New York City for the NIT Semis/(hopefully) Finals. But here's a new video of my roommate and our adventures (surprisingly, he was not inebriated at the time).

| I give tonight's wings visit an F. I've never come home from Dockside saying "I am hungry, I need to make food." 15 wings is definitely not enough to be all one eats for one day. Waitress accidentally cancelled my re-order, hooray....but I am glad to be back in Gainesville finally.
